学生時代は成長が実感できる貴重な時間。いろいろな感動や魅力に出会って欲しい。I spent about 10 years at the University of Toyama as an undergraduate student, master course student, doctoral course student and postdoctoral researcher. I kind of had an idea of aiming for biology when I just entered the University, but I got really interested in the research of immunoengineering through the laboratory work. With my professor, we developed a technology which produce antibody from a single cell with the world’s fastest speed and the best efficiency. After I completed my doctoral course, I went to Basel University in Switzerland where lots of pharmaceutical company and research center locate. The experience in Basel was full of great moments which I can never forget. I joined my current company after studying abroad, and I am working on developing new vaccine. This scenery always made me feel relaxed and I was so moved when I saw it for the first time. I was belong to ski club in the university, and I enjoyed skiing in Switzerland as well.あの頃私は富大生 Memories as a student学部、大学院修士課程、博士課程、研究員としての勤務を含めて約10年間、富山大学に通っていました。大学に入学したころは漠然と生物の分野に進みたいと考えていましたが、研究室で免疫工学に関する研究に大変興味を持ち、教授と共に単一の細胞から世界最速・最高効率で抗体を作製する技術を開発しました。大学院修了後は多くの製薬会社や研究所が集まるスイスのバーゼル大学へ留学、たくさんの感動と刺激を受けました。留学後に現在の会社に就職し、新規ワクチンの開発を進めています。製薬会社では製品をつくるためのスピードと効率が求められます。コミュニケーションの垣根がない、オープンで働きやすい会社ですから、これから、新しいことにもどんどんチャレンジしていきたいと思っています。15
