Master's Courses / Doctoral Courses

The University of Toyama offers special admission examinations for non-Japanese graduate students. They are announced in June to October and held in June to February the following year at the University of Toyama. When occasion demands, the University of Toyama offers secondary registration and holds examinations in February.

Please request application materials directly from the office of each graduate school. Because there are some differences in the admission system of each school, please refer to the application materials sent by each school.

Graduate Non-Degree Program Course (Non-Degree Student)

Applicants must meet the following requirements for the courses. Please request the application materials from the registrar of each faculty.

1. Kenkyusei (non-degree student) for faculty
The applicant is required to have a B.A. or B.S. degree or the equivalent.
2. Kenkyusei (non-degree student) for Graduate School
The applicant is required to have an M.A. or M.S. degree or the equivalent.
