5リーダー育成実践学Practical Study for Leader Development（※）この科目は令和７年度まで「社会中核人材育成学」として開講されていました。*Held under the name “Development of Social Core Human Resources” until March 2026.導入学修B（※）Introduction to University Learning B*実習科目Practical training subjects地域課題解決型人材育成プログラム科目Courses in the Programfor Developing Human Resourcesto Solve Regional Problems基礎科目Basic subjects実践科目Practical subjectsThe School of Engineering promotes educational programs to train engineers and researchers with leader qualifications to produce human resources sought by society.リーダー資質を持つ技術者・研究者の養成Training engineers and researchers with leadership qualities社会中核人材育成プログラムSocial Core Human Resource Development Program地元企業の現役社長やプロジェクトリーダーの講話や体験談を聴講Students attend lectures and experiences talks by active corporate presidents and project leaders of local companies.リーダーには、自ら課題を発見し、自ら考え抜き、周りの人とコミュニケーションを取りながら共同して課題を解決できる資質が求められます。このような能動的な人材を育てるための教育カリキュラムの一つとして、工学部では「社会中核人材育成プログラム」を実施しています。このプログラムは、基礎科目、実習科目、実践科目からなる3つのリーダー育成科目と、地域への意識を高め、創造的な課題解決能力を持つ人材を育成するための教育プログラムに関連する科目から構成されています。基礎科目の一つである「導入学修B(※)」では、地元企業の現役社長やプロジェクトリーダーの講話や体験談を聴講し、リーダーとしての志を学ぶとともに、専門の垣根を超えた未来のビジネス環境についても学修します。さらに実習科目である「リーダー育成実践学」では、「夢大学」などの大学行事への補助参加に始まり、自主企画とその運営さらには後輩の指導を経験することによって、プロジェクトのマネージメントについて実践します。Leaders are required to qualify themselves to discover issues themselves, to think through themselves, to jointly solve problems while communicating with the surrounding people. As one of the educational curriculum for nurturing such active human resources, the School of Engineer-ing is implementing the “Social Core Human Resource Development Program”. This program consists of three leadership development courses including basic subjects, practical training subjects, and practical subjects, as well as program-related subjects on raising awareness of the local community and developing human resources with creative problem-solving skills. In “Introduction to University Learning B*”, one of the basic subjects, students attend lectures and hands-on talks by active corporate presidents and project leaders of local companies, learn about the aspirations of leaders, and also learn about the future business environment by transcending the boundaries of individual specialties. In the practical training subjects ‘Practical Study for Leader Development’, students practice project management by starting to participate in university events such as ‘Dream University’, voluntarily planning and managing it, and even guiding juniors to learn how to organize it.社会から求められる人材の輩出に向け、工学部ではリーダー資質を持つ技術者・研究者を養成するための教育プログラムを推進しています。富山大学工学部で学ぶつよみ創造工学特別研究Special Research for Creative Engineering
