　本学における特色ある研究の推進と、多様な分野での研究の推進を支援するとともに、世界と地域に向けて研究成果を発信し、将来を担う人材を育成することを目的としています。 　The Organization for Promotion of Research aims to promote our university’s distinctive research, support research in various fields.　We also provide research outcomes to our community and even to the world, thus developing human resources.研究戦略室　Section for Research Strategy知財・リエゾンオフィス　Intellect fortune・Liaison officeイノベーション育成オフィス　Innovation upbringing office自然科学研究支援ユニット　Research and Development in Natural Sciences Center研究推進機構　Organization for Promotion of Research研究推進総合支援センター　Administration Center for Promotion of Research　自然科学研究に関する共同利用施設（機器分析施設、極低温量子科学施設、放射性同位元素実験施設）及び設備の適切な管理・整備、並びに共同利用の促進及び利用技術の開発等の研究支援をします。 　Management and administration of the Instrumental Analysis, Low Temperature Quantum Science, Radioisotope Laboratories, promotion of joint utilization, and support for research development. 教育研究支援施設（動物実験施設、分子・構造解析施設、遺伝子実験施設、アイソトープ実験施設）の管理・運営、並びに動物資源開発、分子・構造解析、ゲノム機能解析及び放射線生物解析に関する教育・技術指導、研究開発をします。 　Management and administration of four divisions (Division of Animal Resources and Development, Division of Drug and Structural Research, Division of Molecular Genetics Research, Division of Radioisotope and Radiation Research),and education research and technical development for life science. 水素同位体の機能に係わる基礎的研究及び応用技術の開発、核融合炉工学、材料工学及び水素エネルギー科学にまたがる水素同位体科学研究並びに学内外の関連研究者による水素同位体科学に係わる共同利用・共同研究を推進します。 　Basic studies on intrinsic functions of hydrogen isotopes and the development of their application techniques,hydrogen isotope research in the field of fusion reactor engineering, material engineering and hydrogen energy, and the promotion of joint utilization and / or research in science of hydrogen isotopes with researchers inside and outside the university.水素同位体科学研究センター　Hydrogen Isotope Research Center　研究戦略の企画立案、公募型外部資金の獲得、重点研究プロジェクト支援による研究拠点育成，産学連携、知的財産戦略及び研究成果の発信の一体的な実施を通して、本学の研究力の強化に寄与します。 　The Section for Research Strategy contributes to enhancing our research capacities through integrated promotion of planning research strategy, obtaining public competitive funds, creating research centers supported by the Priority Research Project, collaboration of industry and academia, developing intellectual property strategy, and releasing research outcomes.極東地域研究センター　Center for Far Eastern Studies 北東アジア地域の経済・社会・環境に関する学術的、総合的地域研究をします。 　Promoting academic and interdisciplinary research concerning Northeast Asia with regard to its economic, social, and environmental concerns.産学連携推進センター　Collaboration and Promotion Center for Industry and Academia▲イブニング技術交流サロン 　 Evening technological exchange salon 産業界等との連携を推進し、地域社会の発展に貢献するとともに、大学自らが一元的かつ戦略的に、学生及び教職員の知的財産の創出、管理、活用等を推進展開し、本学の教育・研究の推進、人材育成及び企業マインドの育成、支援を推進します。 　The Collaboration and Promotion Center for Industry and Academia aims to promote the building of strong partnerships between the university and industry to contribute to the development of our community. We assist students and faculty to create intellectual properties as well as to manage and utilize their intellectual properties in professional and strategic ways，therefore promoting our academic and research standard，developing human resources，and providing assistance with the development of their business sentiment.生命科学先端研究支援ユニット　Life Science Research Center富山市新産業支援センター　Toyama City Business Incubation Center 医薬バイオ、ナノテク、IT、環境など、今後成長が期待される新産業を育成することを目的に平成19年4月に富山市が富山大学工学部敷地内に設置しました。 センターでは、研究開発型ベンチャーや創業者、今後事業化を目指す企業等の皆様を支援するためのレンタルラボを設置し、また、多くの支援メニューを備えて産学官連携・新事業分野への進出を推進しています。 （平成21年4月から、国立大学法人富山大学が指定管理者として管理運営業務を行っております。） 　The Toyama City Business Incubation Center was established by Toyama City within the University of Toyama Engineering Department in April, 2007, for the purpose of nurturing promising business ventures in the areas of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, nanotechnology, information technology (IT), and the environment.　The Center offers laboratory rentals to support research and development-based ventures, entrepreneurs, and individuals planning to launch new businesses.　The Center also offers many support programs to promote cooperation with government, industry, and academia, and to encourage entry into new business fields.（The University of Toyama has administered and operated the Center as its designated management institution since April, 2009.） 研究推進機構　Organization for Promotion of Research262015　富山大学概要
