Mr. Spence of Selkirk College, Canada, paid a courtesy visit to University of Toyama

On April 28, Mr. Paul Spence, School Chair, International of Selkirk College, Canada, paid a courtesy visit to President Saito of University of Toyama (UT).

This visit was made as part of the effort for signing of the interuniversity exchange agreement between UT and Selkirk College, continued from a previous fruitful visit of the Executive Vice President Ikeda of UT to Selkirk College in February 2023, in which these two counterparts discussed the details of the agreement such as a study abroad program.

During the courtesy visit, Mr. Spence outlined Selkirk College and explained the English Language Program, which specializes in English language education. Then the attendees exchanged opinions on the future academic exchange in addition to the lively discussion for the agreement in a friendly atmosphere.

It is expected that the signing of the agreement will lead to further development of academic exchange between the two universities.
